1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing Ganarfit or creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy and any challenge rules presented to you before you join a group. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Who may use Ganarfit

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login details secure. You must be at least 18 years old to create or accept a challenge involving a monetary stake. You may not use Ganarfit where doing so would breach applicable law or another person's rights.

3. What Ganarfit provides

Ganarfit is a private-group fitness challenge service. Members can create groups, send invitations, choose eligible trackable activities, agree challenge rules and share progress. Ganarfit is not a medical service, a financial adviser or a substitute for professional health advice. Exercise only at a level that is safe for you.

4. Private groups and invitations

Ganarfit groups are invite-only. You may create a group, send an invitation or accept an invitation; there is no public group discovery. A user may belong to a maximum of five groups at a time. Group creators and members are responsible for choosing respectful, clear challenge rules before the challenge begins.

5. Challenge rules, activity tracking and proof

Challenges must use eligible measurable activities, including steps, GPS runs, cycling, active minutes and connected workout sessions. Progress may be verified through a connected health source or proof content submitted in the group chat where the challenge permits it. Do not manipulate devices, submit false proof or interfere with another member's progress. Ganarfit may review, invalidate or suspend activity that appears inaccurate, fraudulent or abusive.

6. Stakes, fees and payouts

Where a challenge includes a naira stake, the group must see the stake amount, challenge rules, deadlines and applicable platform fee before members join. Eligibility for any payout is determined by verified results and the group's accepted rules. Payment processing, wallet availability, reversals and withdrawals may be subject to additional notices, provider requirements and applicable law.

Creating a group and inviting people is free. A transparent 5% platform fee may apply to eligible winning pools, as shown before the relevant challenge starts. Ganarfit does not guarantee that a member will win, receive a payout or achieve a fitness result.

7. Community conduct and content

You are responsible for the messages, images, GIFs and proof you share. Do not post unlawful, threatening, harassing, sexually explicit, hateful, misleading or infringing content. Friendly banter is welcome; targeted abuse, fraud and intimidation are not. Do not share another person's image or personal information without their permission.

8. Your content and feedback

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Ganarfit a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, display and share that content only as necessary to operate the service, support your private group and enforce these Terms. If you send feedback, you allow Ganarfit to use it without further payment or obligation.

9. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend an account where we reasonably believe there is fraud, misuse, a material breach of these Terms, a security risk or a legal requirement. You may stop using Ganarfit at any time. Ending an account does not remove obligations that arose before closure, including pending challenge or payment obligations.

10. Disclaimers and limits of liability

Ganarfit is provided on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not promise uninterrupted service, perfect device synchronization or error-free activity data. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that limitation, Ganarfit is not responsible for indirect loss, lost opportunities or harm resulting from a member's exercise choices, group conduct or reliance on inaccurate third-party data.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms when the service, law or our operations change. We will post the revised version with a new effective date; continued use after the update takes effect means you accept it. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
